a.
Long-term rentals will require a deposit and be subject to terms and conditions. Payment can be made in cash, cheque or DD payable at Cochin.
b.
Tenant should accept liability for all damages caused to the property by Tenant or Tenant's guests; including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances and/or furnished equipment.
c.
If damages are in excess of security deposit, Tenant should reimburse us for all costs incurred to repair or replace the damaged item.
d.
Riverdale strives to maintain the property in optimum working condition, but appliance and mechanical problems can arise. No refunds will be given for short-term appliance or mechanical failures. If mechanical malfunctions occur during your stay, please notify us immediately for prompt action to be taken.
e.
Riverdale assumes no liability for loss, damage or injury to any persons occupying property or to the personal property of such persons.
f.
Tenants should ensure appropriate supervision of children of all ages at all times.
